We are committed to reducing energy consumption at the source of production. By introducing internationally advanced equipment and conducting independent research and development, we have built a comprehensive energy-saving system: adopting internationally leading high-efficiency energy-saving motors and precision temperature control systems. Through PLC automated control, we achieve precise temperature regulation of key processes such as extrusion and calendering, avoiding energy waste caused by temperature fluctuations and ensuring that the production process is always in an optimal energy-efficient state.
Solid waste such as scraps and defective products generated during the production process are strictly classified and managed. PVC scraps are crushed and cleaned using specialized equipment and then reused in production, achieving resource recycling; other types of solid waste are handed over to qualified professional institutions for harmless disposal to prevent secondary pollution.
